1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how Appy service (hereinafter β "Service") collects, uses, and protects users' personal data.
By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Data We Collect
- Contact information: email address (during registration)
- Authentication data: Google account ID (Google Sign-In), Apple account ID (Apple Sign-In), display name
- Usage data: created bots, Mini Apps, PWA websites, APK/AAB applications
- Payment information: date, amount, payment status, subscription type
- Device information: device type (iOS/Android), device model, app store (Google Play/App Store)
- Technical data: IP address, app version, locale/region, push notification tokens (FCM)
- Verification data: contact phone, profile links (Google Maps, Yelp, Trustpilot, social media)
Important: The Service does not collect or store full bank card details. Payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), and PCI DSS compliant payment gateways.

- Improving Service quality
- Sending notifications about order and subscription status
3.1. Public Verification Data
When completing seller verification, the following data becomes publicly available on the verification page:
- Project name
- Ratings and number of reviews on platforms
- Verification date
- Seller type (individual / self-employed / company)
Important: Phone, email, and other contact details are NOT published on the verification page.
4. Data Storage
Data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (Latvia). We use modern protection methods: encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access control, regular backups, rate limiting.
5. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary for Service operation.
For authentication:
- Google Sign-In β authentication via Google account (all platforms)
- Apple Sign-In β authentication via Apple ID (iOS only)
For payment processing:
- Apple In-App Purchase β subscriptions and generation packs (iOS users)
- Google Play Billing β subscriptions and generation packs (Android users)
- YooKassa (YooMoney) β Service payments (Russian users)
- Stripe, Inc. β transactions between Users in created products (PWA/APK)
- Tinkoff Bank β transactions between Russian Users in created products
For analytics and notifications:
- Firebase (Google) β push notifications (FCM), crash reporting, basic analytics
All payment providers are PCI DSS certified and process card data directly without sharing with our Service.
6. Data Deletion
Users can initiate complete deletion of their account and all associated data:
- Through profile settings in the app ("Settings" β "Delete Account")
- By sending a request to support@appy.team
We commit to deleting data within 30 days of receiving the request, except for data we are required to retain by law (payment history β up to 3 years).
7. Your Rights
- Request information about stored data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent to data processing
8. Cookies
The Service uses cookies for authorization and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
