1. General Provisions
Appy Service (hereinafter β "Service") provides tools for creating Telegram bots, Mini Apps, PWA websites, and Android applications.
By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Available Products
- Telegram Bots: business process automation
- Mini Apps: web applications within Telegram
- PWA Websites: progressive web applications
- Android APK/AAB: native mobile applications
3. Plans and Payment
- Micro β free, basic features
- Starter β extended capabilities
- Pro β full functionality + custom domains
- Enterprise β maximum limits
Service plan payments:
- Stripe / Lemon Squeezy β for international users
- YooKassa β for Russian users
Transactions between users within created products (payment for goods/services in PWA, APK):
- Stripe β for international users
- Tinkoff Bank β for Russian users
Users agree to the terms of the respective payment services when making transactions.
4. Refund Policy
Since the Service provides access to digital content and features in real-time, refunds for paid Plans are not available after activation of paid features or granting access to them.
If the User has not used paid features, they are entitled to a refund within 14 days of payment.

5. User Content
Important: The Service does not pre-moderate content created by Users.
Users bear sole responsibility for the content of created bots, applications, and websites, as well as their compliance with:
- Telegram platform rules
- Google Play and app store policies
- Applicable laws and regulations
6. Rights and Obligations
Users agree to:
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Not infringe on third-party rights
- Not distribute malware
- Comply with Telegram and app store rules
- Not create products with prohibited content
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Service is a development tool.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for:
- Losses from using created products
- Bot blocking by Telegram
- App store rejection of applications
- Content of projects created by users
- Quality of goods/services sold through created products
We do not guarantee that applications created by Users will be approved for publication on Google Play or other app stores, as publication decisions are made by platform owners based on their internal policies.
8. Seller Verification
The Service provides seller verification β confirmation of presence on external platforms (marketplaces, social media).
Verification is NOT:
- A guarantee of goods or service quality
- Confirmation of review authenticity on external platforms
- A recommendation to make a transaction
The Service is not liable for:
- Accuracy of information on external platforms
- Rating changes after verification
- Transactions with verified sellers
- Buyer losses from transactions with verified sellers
Verification may be revoked at any time without explanation.
9. Disputes Between Users
The Service acts as a technical intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users.
All claims regarding the quality of goods or services paid for through products created in the Service are resolved by users independently.
Service administration is not liable for:
- Seller fulfillment of obligations
- Refunds for goods/services
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
10. Intellectual Property
Bots, websites, and applications you create belong to you. The Service retains rights to the platform and code generators.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting support@appy.team.
We may block accounts for Terms violations without refund.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
